My ankle has still been giving me hard time, so didn’t get much running done this weekend. 5 miles on Friday and 4 miles on Saturday. And it was all treadmill. The return of work and school mean the return of the treadmill too. I have a love/hate relationship with my treadmill.
Do you love or hate the treadmill?
