16 in 16 Challenge

January 5, 2016

One of my goals this year is to read 100 books.  I’ve made this my goal for the past two years and really had a great time working towards it.  This year I wanted to read another 100, but I also  really want to try something different.  So I came up with a list – of 16 books I can read in 2016.

I really think this is a very do-able list for anyone, no matter if you are big reader or not.  It’s just a little bit more than one book a month.  Everyone can do that!  And I am looking forward to really challenging myself and finding some interesting new books!
My 16 in 2016 reading challenge list includes:

  • A Classic
  • A Health and Fitness book
  • A Self Improvement book
  • A reread
  • A book that has won an award
  • A book that has been made into a movie
  • A book club book
  • A book based on true story
  • A book that is older than you
  • A book based on a place you have lived
  • A new author
  • A book set in Europe
  • A comedy
  • A new release
  • A Christian author
  • A book part of a series

16 books to read in 16

I’ve put together this really simple bookmark as a free printable (just click on the image, save it and print it).  This way you can take your list with you anywhere you go!  Bookmarks are one of my favorite things to craft because they are small and super easy to put together.  I left it pretty simple too  – that way it can be dressed up or dressed down.
