Phew – what a week last week. Did anyone like that I had a theme during my posts? I would love to hear feedback of what books I should read or not read. What would you like me to post more about?
Thanks to the long weekend my sister and I got a longer run in on Monday and then I could take it easy the rest of the week.
Monday morning with 17672 steps and it wasn’t even 8am! BAM! My Garmin vivofit step goal adjusts to your activity level. So, my husband’s goals keeps going down and mine keeps going up. Kinda not fair if you ask me! I always kick his butt when it comes to steps in a day, but he seems to always make his goal.
Weekly Totals:
Monday: 10 miles
Tuesday: 3 miles
Wednesday: 3 miles
Thursday: 3.1
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: 8 miles
(on the treadmill watching a movie during the first half of the BYU game. I am still trying to figure out how my husband didn’t wake up any of the kids with that ending!)
