My Reading Spot

If you haven’t caught on – it’s birthday week around here!  I’ve been sharing some of my favorite things all week.  Today I’m going to share some of my favorite fashion finds.  I totally don’t fit into a fashion blogger profile, but I like to look nice and I love finding something that makes me feel comfortable too!

First off, I have to admit, I love a cute dress, or skirt.  I don’t know why, but they have been my jam the last couple years.  Especially in the summer when it’s so hot outside!  A dress, some salt water sandals and a good book are the makings of a perfect day to me.

Many of you know I’m a huge LulaRoe fan.  I totally a a fan of how versatile their clothes are, super easy to dress up or dress down.  My little girls are big fans too. They would wear the every day if they could!  My absolute favorites are the Carly and Julia dresses.  I’m wearing a carly in the picture above and a julia in the picture below.

I found a new shop recently, Cleo Madison, that offers modest cute dresses and was so excited when they reached out to me and asked I would want to review a dress for them.  YES please!  I selected a couple different dresses that I liked and then told them my size and told them to surprise me!  I couldn’t wait to see what they would send me….and look!  I love this dress!  I got the Lindy Floral Dress (in medium if you want to know how the sizes run) and I LOVE this dress!  It’s super soft and IT HAS POCKETS!  A total win for me.

Sunday I put this dress to the test, because I had two wards to attend, and  seriously, my youngest still loves to climb all over me –  so I wanted to know if it would hold up, stay comfy, and stay modest – because I love that my littlest will sit in my lap, but sometimes it totally makes my skirt ride all over the place! I know if you are a mom of littlest, you understand!  I didn’t get a good picture (another reason I would make a horrible fashion blogger) but I did grab a picture of me and one of my handsome guys because he had a priesthood ordination going on Sunday too.  This dress was the win!

Seriously though, Cleo Madison for the win!  It is one of my new favorites and I already have picked out a couple dresses in their shop I want for spring or summer.  (And their prices are super good too by the way!)
