10 miles on the treadmill, early Saturday morning with 2 and half episodes of Friday Night Lights at a 10.36 pace. Really not my best run, but I got it done. I always feel horrible the first half. It must take me forever to warm up or something. After mile 6-7 I start feeling great.
Week mileage from last week:
Monday: 5 miles
Tuesday: 3.38
Wednesday: Biked 12 miles in the morning, ran 5 miles that night
Thursday: Day of Rest!
Friday: 3.2 miles
Saturday: 10 miles
After my run, the little 3 and I had a mission to accomplish (while the big two worked on mowing lawns). We wanted cheer on my sister, who ran the Salt Lake City Half Marathon! She did fantastic and finished under 2 hours, (What I consider a great time!)

But this brings me to the topic of the day. Real important stuff….As she was lining up at the start she saw a runner next to her in FULL make up.
So I want to know. Do you wear make up when you work out? Do you have an essential item, like eyeliner or mascara? Or go all or nothing?

I’m kinda a girl who just goes with whatever. Maybe some mascara and some concealer. Because I don’t ever leave the house without wearing concealer under my eyes.
(I just learned last week that a couple other girl friends I have think this is crazy. They never leave the house with out eye liner.)
