I’m pretty excited about December’s book club choice. I was a close one again. I posted some choices on Facebook and Instagram and tallied the votes. (if you want to have a say in what book we should read, you really should follow those links in the side bar and follow me…wink wink) And if this wasn’t the book you voted for, don’t worry – I really want to get to those books too!
For our December book club we will be reading Lizzy and Jane by Katherine Reay. I am really excited about this for a couple reasons:
1. It’s Jane Austen’s birthday month! I think we should totally honor her in some way, and this is a great way to do it!
2. I’ve read Reay’s other novel, Dear Mr. Knightly, and adored it. I really wanted to read another book by her and this is a perfect excuse!

So check your library, your local book store or grab a copy of the book here. I’m excited to get reading!
